Kitted up with this great hydration system for a gravel bike event, The Rockleigh 105 here in South Australia and it worked superbly.
If if if I could have it in XXL with a little more room that would be even better but at 110cm chest I have the harness at its limit, still total comfort actually don't even know it's on during the 4hrs.
Hands down 10/10 thankyou
It's a great vest. I've used a USWE MTB pack for years but the vest has a better fit, especially for women and the pockets are all accessible without removing the pack. It runs a little on the big side. I ordered a medium after measuring and could probably have used the small.
For my personaly it's an absolut game changer. I use it for mtb enduro and it fits perfectly over my evoc back and chest protector with a chest circumference of 116cm (without protection). No swinging and very good looking.
Cleanings is super easy by pulling the bladder inside out.
With an l-shaped bracket, it mounts the Insta360 X5 to my hydration backpack. I Shoot flat with the camera pointed slightly up. Here is a clip shot in an eMTB in the trailhead practice area.
I really like the PACE 2L Trail Running Vest. The fit is great and the bounce is minimal. This is the best running vest I’ve owned for carrying poles, once secured they don’t interfere with my running.
The reason for only three stars is because they sent me a defective model. The end piece was missing from one of the cinch cords. Very disappointed in the quality control! The hassle of shipping back plus paying for duty fees a second time was not worth my effort.
I bought the 9 L because I already had the 2 L and I was doing longer rides so I needed water pastel electrolyte. I don’t carry water bottles cause I ride mountain bike cross country. This is the perfect pack for all day ride. The pack has plenty of storage you put your phone, wallet and tools without scratching your phone up if you need to carry a rain jacket, there’s plenty of our room for that. I use the bladder from my 2 L. I’m very happy with my purchase and I hope you are too.
Just completed a double crossing of the Simpson desert in Aus, performed better than expected without coming off at all except when it needed to, it also stayed in place as advertised with "No dancing monkeys" technology, then only negative is that I couldn't buy the backpack with the larger straps and had to buy them separately, otherwise both are fantastic products
I was using them for one week during Redbull romaniacs when i was working as a medic on bike. Good fitting, the pockets was perfekt and the cooling effekt when riding in 30 degrees Celsius worked well👊✔️
I got this as a gift for my husband. His feedback is that he loves it except that the hydration tube and magnet are not ideal even though he has tried it on both the left and right sides - it's hard to find the magnet attachment point while riding. The tube maybe seems to be a little too long and or not as pliable as it could be - so shorter and more pliable might make that easier.
Overall, it carries well, super stable, doesn't bother him at all on long rides, carries all the food and water he would want to take on his epic rides.
Having owned nothing but CamelBak hydration packs in the past, I was a little hesitant about changing brands\. However, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by my new USWE hydration pack\.
I wasn’t convinced at first by the bladder system with its wide\-slide top opening instead of a traditional screw cap, but I’m completely sold now\. It’s incredibly easy to fill, clean and use\.
The pack comfortably carries everything I need for a few hours on the trails, with a well\-thought\-out layout that keeps gear organised\. My tools are easy to access, and the chest harness system is excellent—it keeps the pack secure and stable without restricting movement\.
Overall, it’s a fantastic hydration pack, and I’m very happy I made the switch\.
En jättebra väst både för löpningen och även att cykla med , sitter där den ska , jag som problem att västar ramlar ner ifrån mina axlar men denna sittet perfekt
Får med allt jsg behöver
Love the new VST system! I outfitted mine with a HydraPak 1.5L insulated bladder and drink tube and USWE magnetic clip. I used it in a recent gravel race and it held enough gels and extra drink mix sachets to hit 120 g/hr - which was a LOT of gels. I used the lower rear pocket for a spare vest (also fits my rain jacket) and I had room to spare. Very comfortable in my 5-hour race and had good ventilation. Also does not bounce around - a key part of any USWE pack. Highly recommended! (And the mud washed right off - I liked the white to keep the bladder cooler.)
Your web site did not present the item I bought properly from a description that read “small” went to an item that reads “jr” - from small to a jr there is a big difference. I ended up with a product that feels super tight on its biggest strap set up. I fortunately, I did not returned it and now I regret it. This was my 3rd water solution bought at USWE. Disappointed to said the least, also , I had an interaction with a representative of your co but it was not pleasant as she gave me a hard time rather than being cooperative. Shame on you guys.
